伍德沃德調速器8200-1302控制描述
伍德沃德調速器8200-1302有五個可影響主進汽閥需求的PID控制器:轉速/負 荷PID控制器、加速 PID、兩個輔助PID控制器和串級PID控制器。根據8200-1302的配置,這些PID互相有不同的交互,要完全理解PID關系,請參考本手冊中先前所列的框圖。伍德沃德調速器8200-1302具有三種汽輪機啟動模式(手動、半自動或自動)可供選擇。必須選擇這些啟動模式中的- -個并進行配置,才能執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)啟動。一旦發(fā)出了“運行”指令,可根據所選的模式,由505自動或由操作員手動操控轉速設定值和閥位限制器。8200-1302在完成汽輪機啟動順序后,汽輪機轉速將被控制在控制轉速。如果使用暖機/額定轉速,則控制轉速可以是暖機;如果使用順序自動啟動,則為低暖機;如果沒有使用暖機/額定轉速或順序自動啟動,則為控制器的下限轉速控制器下限轉速??蓮?05鍵盤、外部觸點或通過Modbus通信發(fā)出“運行”指令。如果預設了“外部運行”觸點,則在該觸點閉合時發(fā)出“運行”指令。
如果該觸點在啟動之前閉合,則必須將其打開并再次閉合,才能發(fā)出“運行”指令。8200-1302如果在發(fā)出“運行”指令時控制器已經檢測到汽輪機轉速,該控制裝置會立即將轉速設定值與檢測到的轉速進行匹配,并繼續(xù)朝控制轉速靠近。如果檢測到的汽輪機轉速大于控制轉速設置,轉速設定值將會與此檢測轉速進行匹配,轉速PID將控制住這一轉 速并等待操作員采取進一步的操作 (配置順序自動啟動除外順序自動啟動)。如果在發(fā)出”運行”指令時,檢測到的透平轉速正好位于臨界轉速的避開范圍內,轉速給定將與實際轉速匹配,降低到臨界避開帶的低端,并等待操作員采取措施。

Woodward governor 8200-1302 has five PID controllers that can affect the demand of main steam inlet valve: speed / load PID controller, - acceleration PID controller, two auxiliary PID controllers and cascade PID controller. According to the configuration of 505, these PIDs interact with each other differently. To fully understand the PID relationship, please refer to the block diagram previously listed in this manual. Woodward governor 8200-1302 has three turbine start modes (manual, semi-automatic or automatic). One of these startup modes must be selected and configured before system startup can be perbed. 8200-1302Once the "run" command is issued, the speed setpoint and valve b limiter can be operated automatically by 505 or manually by the operator according to the selected mode. After the turbine} start sequence is completed, the turbine speed will be controlled at the minimum control speed. If warm-up / rated speed is used, the minimum control speed can be warm-up; If it is started automatically in sequence, it is {low warm-up; If warm-up / rated speed or sequential automatic start is not used, it is the lower limit speed of the controller and the lower limit speed of the controller. The "run" command can be issued from the 505 keyboard, external contacts or through MODBUS} communication.
If an "external run" contact is preset, a "run" command is issued when the contact is closed. If the contact is closed before starting, it must be} opened and closed again before the "run" command can be issued. If 8200-1302 has detected the turbine speed when issuing the "run" command, the control device will immediaby match the speed set value with the detected speed and continue to approach the minimum control speed. If the detected turbine speed is greater than the minimum control speed setting, the speed setting value will match the detected speed, and the speed PID will control the speed and wait for the operator to take further bs (except for the automatic start of configuration sequence). If the detected turbine speed is just within the avoidance range of the critical speed when issuing the "run" command, the given speed will match the actual speed, reduce to the low end of the critical avoidance zone, and wait for the operator to take measures.
