在軋鋼生產(chǎn)線上，棒材冷床是整條生產(chǎn)線上的關(guān)鍵部分，而熱金屬檢測(cè)器（熱檢探頭、紅外線檢測(cè)器）又是棒材冷床的重要檢測(cè)站，熱金屬檢測(cè)器的溫度檢測(cè)范圍寬、穩(wěn)定性好是軋鋼產(chǎn)量和成材率的根本保障。

新一代棒材冷床熱金屬檢測(cè)器HMD4、HGE98、HGE65、RJJ4、RJJG型扁口在傳統(tǒng)檢測(cè)器的安裝尺寸、接線編號(hào)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行升級(jí)。機(jī)芯采用進(jìn)口元件、檢測(cè)頭采用多角度顯微鏡鏡片和大口徑耐高溫工藝玻璃防塵，使檢測(cè)范圍更寬。檢測(cè)器帶有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電源變色指示燈、高溫警示燈、實(shí)驗(yàn)按鈕和可靠的航空插頭電線電纜，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)具有穩(wěn)定性好，操作維修方便等特點(diǎn)。

本檢測(cè)器接收到鋼的運(yùn)動(dòng)信號(hào)，經(jīng)光學(xué)部分進(jìn)行聚焦到光學(xué)元件上后經(jīng)電子線路處理，輸出兩對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)量，繼電器觸點(diǎn)輸出和無(wú)觸點(diǎn)電平輸出，實(shí)現(xiàn)冷床一個(gè)站點(diǎn)的監(jiān)控。

3.使用方法

紅鋼運(yùn)動(dòng)范圍在檢測(cè)中的視場(chǎng)范圍內(nèi)，然后上下左右調(diào)整檢測(cè)器，使鋼在檢測(cè)器視場(chǎng)范圍內(nèi)的中間位置即可保證可靠工作，最后固定檢測(cè)器。

5.注意事項(xiàng)

①請(qǐng)不要在太陽(yáng)光直射到的地方安裝檢測(cè)器，做好防止陽(yáng)光及其他光線的干擾；

②在周?chē)h(huán)境達(dá)到70℃以上時(shí)必須加水冷卻；

③檢測(cè)器使用一段時(shí)間后，請(qǐng)擦除防塵筒內(nèi)平凸透鏡上的灰塵等雜物，如靈敏度有下降，請(qǐng)調(diào)節(jié)檢測(cè)器的靈敏度。

Hot bl detector

In the rolling steel production line, the cold bed is the key part of the whole production line, and the hot bl detector (thermal detector, infrared detector) is an important inspection station of the cold bed. The wide temperature detection range and the fine stability are the fundamental guarantee of the rolling steel output and yield.

These new generations of hot bl detectors HMD4, HGE98, HGE65, RJJ4, RJJG-flat type are updated from the traditional in aspects of installation dimension and Connection number. Imported components are used in electronic circuits. In the detecting head, the multi-angle microscope lens and the large-diameter heat-resistant dustproof glass are introduced. All these improvements make the detection range wider. The detectors are equipped with color-change indicator, high-temperature warning indicator, test button and reliable aviation plug, electric wires and cables, which have the characteristics of stability, easy-use, easy-maintenance, etc.

1. Working principle

The hot bl detector receives a light signal from the moving steel. The light is concentrated on the optical component. After the signal is processed by electronic circuits, two kinds of switches are outputted: relay passive contact output and contactless active high level output, which implement the monitoring of one station on the cooling bed.

3. How to use

Put the detector in a b where the movement of the hot bl is within the range of detection. Then adjust the direction of the detector to make sure that the hot bl is at the center of detection range. In the end, immobilize the detector.

5. Cautions

① Please do not install the detector in the b radiated by the sunlight directly. Prevent disturbances of sunlight and other possible lights.

② Water-cooling is a must when the environment temperature exceeds 70℃.

③ After a period of usage time, please wipe the dust or dirt on the lens which is hidden in the dustproof cylinder. If the sensitivity is declined, please adjust the sensitivity knob.
